Nissan participates in the planning of new energy vehicles in China

The compilation of the 2015 Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles was launched in Beijing a few days ago. As the official partner of the "China New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Research and Blue Book" project, Nissan Automobile attended the kick-off meeting and will actively participate in the preparation of the 2015 "New Energy Vehicle Blue Book". Kumi Mizaki, deputy general manager of Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd., together with the relevant management departments of the automotive industry, senior experts in the field of new energy vehicles, experts in the field of social sciences and researchers of the units that wrote the Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles, deeply discussed the hot issues in the development of China's new energy vehicle industry and discussed the outline for the preparation of the Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles in 2015.

Since its first publication in 2013, the annual research report "Blue Book of New Energy Vehicles" prepared by Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. and China Automotive Research Center (CATARC) has been successfully released for two editions, contributing ideas and suggestions to promote the development of the new energy automobile industry for two consecutive years, and has received attention and praise from relevant government departments, the automotive industry and readers.

As a "leader in the field of zero-emission vehicles", Nissan Motor has always been committed to promoting the development of new energy vehicles, including electric vehicles, and actively increasing its research and development and promotion efforts. Since its launch in December 2010, the world's first mass-produced pure electric vehicle, the Nissan Leaf, has sold nearly 150,000 units in the global market, ranking first in the global electric vehicle best-seller list; in June 2014, Nissan's second pure electric vehicle, the e-NV200 light commercial vehicle, was also launched in the European and Japanese markets; and in September 2014, dongfeng Nissan Venucia Chenfeng pure electric vehicle originating from the same platform as Nissan Leaf was also officially launched in China.
