Bait feeding test

Video loading...

It is a carnivorous fish that preys on small fish, shrimp, snails, aquatic insects and other aquatic animals in nature. Many native aquaclists are also fed live bait (bread worms, barley worms, earthworms, small fish and shrimp).

I have always advocated feeding pet fish with bait, so I do bait testing so that the southern snakehead can stabilize as soon as possible and adapt to the new environment.

The southern snakehead (rainbow thunder dragon) in this video is about 22cm in size, produced in Jiexi, Guangdong, and the cylinder time: three days.

First feeding bait type: koi coloring floating feed, size: 1 mm, feeding result, no opening.

Second feeding of bait type: Koi spirulina sinking feed, size 0.5 mm, feeding results, occasional inhalation into the mouth.

Third feeding bait type: Wheaton adult dog food, size 3mm, feeding results, unopened.

Fourth feeding bait type: Tropical fish spirulina flake feed (suspension and sinking), feeding results, opening.

Fifth feeding bait type: Arowana special granules (floating), feeding results, opening.

Finally, to sum up, the experience of feeding bait:

1. Turn on the fish tank light before feeding, which will guide the fish to find the bait on the surface of the water.

2. Fixed in one corner of the fish tank feeding, cultivate the fixed place where the fish eat

3. Feed several times a day (more than five times), each time a small amount of feeding (calculated according to two bait per fish), each feeding is appropriate to eat within five minutes.

4. Every time you want to feed, your hands should be immersed in the water, interact with the fish, cultivate the fish's closeness to the owner, and be familiar with the owner's smell.
