On February 28, the Longyang public security organs jointly launched security work for the opening of the spring semester of 2021 in 711 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens under their jurisdiction, promoting campus safety, co-construction, co-governance and sharing, and creating a safe and harmonious environment for the healthy growth of children and young people.
At Baoshan Shuguang School, more than 3,900 teachers and students participated in the launching ceremony of the "Safe Campus" publicity activity. In recent years, Baoshan Shuguang School has strengthened school safety and security work, equipped with strong professional security forces, strengthened campus safety prevention facilities and safety education, comprehensively improved the safety prevention capabilities of teachers and students, and created a good atmosphere for the home police academy to pay attention to campus safety.
Li Chaohai, vice principal of the middle school department of Baoshan Shuguang School, said: "Over the past twenty years, the school has been insisting on doing one thing, that is, the "eight meetings a day system" managed by the class teacher to the students, effectively achieving the safety education management of the students by increasing the time and frequency of meetings between the students and the class teacher; second, we have achieved the linkage of the police academy, hired the director of the police station in the jurisdiction as the school's rule of law counselor, and regularly invited them to the school to give lectures or training on safety education for teachers and students; the third school has always attached importance to the work of the three defenses. The school has also hired full-time security guards to increase the internal security force of the school. ”
In order to further promote the special action of "protecting schools and safe gardens" in the whole district, the Longyang Public Security Sub-bureau has established a leading group member to link up with the school work mechanism, and worked with schools to implement the "four ones" activities of the Spring New Semester Safe Campus Publicity Week, that is, to hold a "safe campus" safety publicity activity launching ceremony, the public security bureau chief to be a one-day "nursing school police" activity, to organize a rule of law publicity and education activity, and to organize an emergency response drill. On the same day, the two sides of the police academy conducted an inspection of the campus security system such as the internal security team, security emergency disposal equipment, school security monitoring, dormitory fire protection facilities, etc.
It is understood that in deepening the activities of creating a "safe campus", public security, education, comprehensive management, emergency response and other departments will do their duty, strengthen cooperation with schools, normalize the "campus safety inspection, legal safety education, emergency drills" three special actions, and conscientiously implement the long-term work mechanisms of patrol prevention and control around the campus, peak service, sensitive node security, public security in key areas, and joint defense of home police and schools, so as to eliminate potential safety hazards to the greatest extent. All police stations will also continue to guide and participate in the safety and security of primary and secondary schools, strictly implement the "one school, one police" working mechanism, and set up nursing posts by police officers, auxiliary police, village social affairs personnel and security guards and school nursing teams of police stations to ensure full coverage of the "school police" of primary and secondary school kindergartens within their jurisdiction, and build a solid campus safety net.
