Yang Chengxian Data Map
On November 1, 2017, the Organization Department of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee issued a public announcement on the proposed appointment of 18 provincial management cadres. Among them, Yang Chengxian, the current vice governor of Dali Prefecture, plans to serve as a leading cadre at the level of the main department of the provincial unit.
According to the official resume, Yang Chengxian was born in October 1965, graduated from the Central Party School, and was a member of the Communist Party of China, and began working in July 1986. Yang Chengxian successively served as executive deputy county magistrate and deputy secretary of the county party committee of Binchuan County, Yunnan, deputy secretary and principal of the party committee of Dalizhou Finance and Trade School, deputy secretary and president of the party committee of Dalizhou People's Hospital, and secretary of the Eryuan County Party Committee. In August 2015, Yang Chengxian became the vice governor of new Dali Prefecture.
It is worth mentioning that Yang Chengxian is also one of the four outstanding county party secretaries in Yunnan.
In June 2015, Li Hongwen, then secretary of the Fugong County Party Committee in Yunnan Province, Li Jianyang, secretary of the Shiping County Party Committee, Yang Chengxian, secretary of the Eryuan County Party Committee, and Meng Duanping, secretary of the Shizong County Party Committee, were awarded the title of National Outstanding County Party Secretary.
Public information shows that the above four people have been promoted to the post of deputy department. Among them, Li Hongwen is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Lincang Municipal Party Committee and the director of the Organization Department of Yunnan Province, Li Jianyang is the director of the Political Department of the Political and Legal Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee, and Meng Duanping is a member of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission.
