Lhasa, 10 Dec (Xinhua) -- The Tibet Autonomous Region's "Consulting Service Platform for Classified Management of Water and Soil Conservation in Production and Construction Projects" was officially put into operation a few days ago. This marks the realization of "Internet +" services for soil and water conservation in production and construction projects in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
In recent years, the continuous expansion of infrastructure construction and the increasing production and construction projects in various parts of Tibet have posed more severe challenges to regional resources and ecological and environmental protection. At the same time, the management of soil and water conservation in Tibet's production and construction projects involves a wide range of aspects and heavy tasks, and the current management methods are relatively extensive and the service capacity is relatively weak.
Yi Yunfei, director of the Tibet Autonomous Region Soil and Water Conservation Bureau, introduced that the newly operated service platform includes the online version and the mobile APP version, only need to enter the basic information of production and construction projects, production and construction units can remotely and timely get the guidance of the whole process of soil and water conservation work, and fully grasp the requirements of soil and water conservation management; the public can participate in the demonstration system, understand the requirements of soil and water conservation management, and enhance awareness; the water administrative department can understand the project information as soon as possible, carry out tracking services, standardize supervision and management, and improve the efficiency of administrative performance of soil and water conservation.
