At the forum, Song Yuanfang said that at present, Qingdao is deeply implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions to Qingdao, carrying a series of national responsibilities such as building the SCO Demonstration Zone and the Qingdao Area of the Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone, comprehensively launching and promoting 15 offensives, and accelerating the construction of an open, modern, dynamic and fashionable international metropolis.
