The meeting stressed that all members of the Gansu (Lanzhou) International Dry Port Working Committee should bear in mind that political nature is the fundamental attribute of the Communist Youth League, persist in carrying out the work of the League under the leadership of the Party Working Committee of the Dry Port, and ensure that the party has a call and the league has action.
