The "cut off" operation smashed 9,419 illegal outbound gangs and arrested more than 33,000 people

The Luzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau of Sichuan Province, through examining overseas returnees, found that criminal suspect Zhou Mou and others used high salary returns as bait to recruit personnel from Sichuan, Hubei, Yunnan and other places to illegally leave the country to commit the crime of wire fraud.

Through interrogation, all localities dig deep and fix evidence, and use laws and regulations to severely crack down on the criminal activities of going abroad to carry out telecommunications network fraud. The Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department dispatched police forces from all over the province to set up a special class for "cutting off the flow", carried out centralized research and judgment and interrogation to tackle tough problems, starting from the clues of illegal exit, and dug deep into more than 100 cases of overseas wire fraud gangs using false platforms to carry out wire fraud, including 2 cases involving more than one million dollars.
