And his trump card is harvey dent, the former Prosecutor of the Knight of Light. The Joker killed Harvey's beloved girlfriend, and blamed everything on his bad luck, so that Harvey was completely overwhelmed by the flames of revenge, he threw away the law, with a coin and a gun to launch his revenge operation, once the light and justice, once the dream of the rule of law was completely shattered, Harvey was pulled down by the Joker to the same level as the criminals.
