On July 16, a flight from Xishuangbanna to Mianyang landed at Mianyang Airport, and the police of the Chengnan Public Security Bureau boarded the plane and arrested Guo Mou, a criminal suspect suspected of using drugs hidden in his body and transporting drugs. After preliminary review, the criminal suspect Guo Mou admitted that he had drugs in his body. Guo was immediately rushed to a hospital in Mianyang City for detoxification.

From July 16 to July 17, Guo discharged 36 solid drug particles wrapped in transparent plastic bags one by one in a hospital in Mianyang.
According to Guo's account, he had discharged 22 pills due to gastrointestinal discomfort in Xishuangbanna, and with the psychology of luck, 22 pills were put into the insole and transported back to Mianyang. After identification, the drugs discharged by Guo are all high-purity heroin, and the market price is about hundreds of thousands of yuan.
