On the morning of October 26, the 2021 Jixiang Community Chinese Cook Skills Training in Luliang County began.

It is reported that the skills training lasted for 15 days, and more than 60 trainees participated. The training includes two parts: theoretical knowledge learning and practical training, the main content of which is the basic knowledge of Chinese cooking, professional ethics, food safety and other knowledge. After the completion of this skills training teaching plan, a vocational skills appraisal examination will be conducted, and those who pass the examination will receive the primary Chinese cooking vocational skills qualification certificate issued by the labor department.
