Lin Qingxia, who was born from Qiong Yao Girl, changed the image of the girl next door in the 90s, replaced it with a pair of sword eyebrows and angry eyes, and galloped in the martial arts world.
During this period, she created three of the most classic martial arts images:
The Sun Moon God Sect Leader in "Laughing At The Lake 2: The East Is Undefeated";
The Jade Luocha in "The Legend of the White-Haired Witch" practices neon clothes;
The sword demon in "East Evil and West Poison" is lonely and defeated.
Since then, the image of her other martial arts films has been more or less influenced by these 3 films.
Today, Pigo will talk to you about the "Legend of the White-Haired Witch" and the story behind its shooting.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" > first, the white-haired witch practices neon clothes</h1>
The Legend of the White-Haired Witch is adapted from Liang Yusheng's novel of the same name.
In the last years of the Ming Dynasty, there were frequent wars on the frontier, and Wu Sangui town guarded shanhaiguan and often had bloody conflicts with surrounding tribes.
Zhuo Yihang, as the first disciple of the Wudang Sect, was highly valued by the head of the Ziyang Zhenren, and not only taught him a martial art, but also designated him as the heir of the Wudang sect.
However, Zhuo Yihang (Zhang Guorong) is good-natured, only wants to perform heroic battles in the rivers and lakes, is unwilling to intervene in the martial arts struggle, and is unable to shirk in the face of the pressure of the heir to the wudang.
When Zhuo Yihang met the wolf girl Yu Luosha, he was deeply attracted by her unique charm.
Because Yu Luocha was originally an orphan with a surname and no name, Zhuo Yihang named her Lian Ni Xie (played by Lin Qingxia), and the two of them swore an oath and decided to retire to the jianghu together.
Lian Ni Pei was a disciple of Ji Wushuang, the leader of the Demon Sect "Jingu Sect".
In order to get rid of the control of the Demon Sect, Lian Ni Xie returned to the Shrine to beg Ji Wushuang to let her go, and after experiencing various tribulations, Lian Ni Xie, who was scarred, was finally able to get rid of the Demon Sect.
Although Ji Wushuang let Lian Ni Xie go, he was unwilling, and he blamed Lian Ni Xie's betrayal on Zhuo Yihang's horizontal sword to win love, so he pointed the spearhead at the Wudang faction that had a feud with him.
He took the opportunity of the Wudang Baiyun Daoist to go down the mountain with his disciples, infiltrated the Wudang Mountain, killed ziyang Zhenren and the disciples who remained on the mountain, and married Lian Ni.
When Zhuo Yihang and the Baiyun Daoist arrived with the doormen, they saw corpses on the mountain strewn across the field, and Ziyang Zhenren was in a different place.
Zhuo Yihang was devastated, and in the face of the blame of Baiyun Dao and his sister He Luhua, he was also indefensible, and it was inevitable that he would have doubts about Lian Ni Insincere in his heart.
The Lian Ni Who had left the Demon Sect arrived at this time, just in time to hit the muzzle of the gun.
Zhuo Yihang asks her how she wanted to brutally kill Ziyang Zhenren and Wudang Men, which makes Lian Nisheng very sad, thinking that Zhuo Yihang never believed in himself.
Under the influence of anger and loss, Lian Ni suddenly had a magical hair, and the original black hair became a silver hair.
The small cosmic explosion on her body killed all the Wudang gate people present except Zhuo Yihang.
Sandpipers and clams compete, and fishermen gain profits. It was only when only Zhuo Yihang and Lian Ni Pei were left in the main hall, and Ji Wushuang, who had been hiding in the shadows to spy, appeared and wanted to dispose of the two.
Zhuo Yihang also did not know until this time that he had wrongly blamed Lian Ni Xie.
Zhuo Yihang and Lian Ni Fei joined forces to deal with Ji Wushuang, although Lian Ni Fei could not defeat Ji Wushuang, Zhuo Yihang spied on the opportunity to kill Ji Wushuang with the strongest type of "one sword through the heart" in the tricky Dragon Broken Moon Sword.
At the end of the movie, although Zhuo Yihang and Lian Nisheng resolved the misunderstanding, Lian Nisheng was unwilling to forgive Zhuo Yihang's distrust and drifted away with pain.
Since then, there has been a big demon named White Haired Witch on the jianghu, who has become the main villain in the sequel "The Legend of white haired Witch 2".
Zhuo Yihang learned that there are Youtan immortal flowers on Qianxue Peak, which bloom every 20 years (60 years in the original novel), which can make white hair turn black and have the effect of rejuvenating. He personally went to Qianxue Peak to guard the Immortal Flower, and used it to dissolve Lian Ni's resentment towards him.
At the end of "The Legend of the White-Haired Witch 2", Zhuo Yihang finally got the fairy flower and took it to see Lian Ni.
The two embraced each other in the fire, and finally buried together in the sea of fire, practicing neon clothes until the moment before death, the silver hair on his head returned to his previous dark and bright appearance.
<h1 class= "pgc-h-arrow-right" > second, the film has made a "magic change" to the original novel</h1>
The ending arranged by the film is poignant and moving, and it is also the best ending for the two.
In fact, in the original novel, the story of Zhuo Yihang and Lian Nisheng continued until "Seven Swords Under the Heavenly Mountain", and the ending was completely different.
Zhuo Yihang guarded the Youtan Immortal Flower on camel peak for 60 years, but in the end he failed to deliver the flower to the hands of Lian Ni Xie and died.
Before his death, Zhuo Yihang gave a golden box to the Obscure Zen Master, and instructed anyone to take the Youtan Fairy Flower on the Camel Peak, then hand over the golden box to him and entrust him to take it to the white-haired witch.
Later, Zhang Huazhao, a disciple of the Wudang Sect, accidentally obtained the Immortal Flower and gave it to Lian Ni in accordance with Zhuo Yihang's will, so he obtained the Jin Box, became Zhuo Yihang's disciple in the next life, and became one of the Seven Swords of Tianshan Mountain.
Although Lian Ni Xie finally forgave Zhuo Yihang, the two were already separated by yin and yang, and they could not stay together until they were old in life, and they could only ask for burial after death.
Compared with the tragic ending of the novel, the ending of the film adapted by Yu Rentai is much more perfect.
The Lian Ni Fei in the novel is not the so-called demon cult demon girl, but a disciple of Ling Yunfeng, the female village master of Furong Mountain in Jiangxi, who is nicknamed "Yu Luosha" and "White-haired Witch" because of her arrogant temper and moodiness.
The film creates Ji Wushuang, a siamese demon, with a male form played by Wu Zhenyu on the one hand, and a female form played by Lu Shaoling on the other hand, with a Tibetan-style costume designed by Emi Wada, which is extremely exaggerated and weird.
The emergence of this figurative villain makes the dispute between the wulin sect and the national contradiction in the original work transform into a concrete battle between the decent and the demon sect, and the unfolding of the story and the advancement of the plot become simple and clear.
And these "magic reform" plots have actually been agreed and authorized by the original author Liang Yusheng.
<h1 class= "pgc-h-arrow-right" > third, Lin Qingxia is not the first choice for the heroine</h1>
In fact, Lin Qingxia, who became popular because she played the undefeated oriental, was too busy to be busy in 1993, and the schedule was already full.
Producer Huang Baiming and director Yu Rentai were not sure that they could invite her to join, so they made two preparations.
In addition to Lin Qingxia, there is also an action movie star Yang Ziqiong, and a large number of action scenes were also designed for her in the original script.
But lin Qingxia did not hesitate when she learned that Zhang Guorong would play the role of the male protagonist Zhuo Yihang, which was also the second cooperation between the two after the "East Evil and West Poison" crew.
So Yu Rentai gathered Hu Dawei, Deng Biyan and Lin Jitao to temporarily revise the script, adding a large number of rival scenes of Lin Qingxia and Zhang Guorong, and reducing the action scenes.
In the process of shooting, the image was also blurred by the method of pumping frames, in order to cover up the shortcomings of Zhang Guorong, Lin Qingxia, Wu Zhenyu and other people who are not action stars to the greatest extent.
And in order to show the ferocity of the characters, the presentation of bloody violence is specially intensified, and the riotous operations of "heading in different places" and "unloading eight pieces" can be seen everywhere.
And this bold operation also made the movie shocked when it was released, but it also frightened some viewers and became a shadow when watching the movie.
(When Pico was a child, he was also frightened)
However, the fact that a low-budget martial arts movie can play such a Cult shows how untamed The Hong Kong films of that year were, which benefited from the relaxed market environment of that year.
We often say that classics cannot be copied, such works are put into the present, even if those heavy shots can be changed, where can we find good actors like Zhang Guorong and Lin Qingxia?
The Legend of the White-Haired Witch was released in Hong Kong in 1993, when the Hong Kong film market was being dominated by Tsui Ke and Jet Li.
A total of 33 martial arts films were launched in Hong Kong that year, of which only 13 had a box office revenue of more than HK$10 million, and A total of 8 films by Tsui Ke and Jet Li reached the box office of 10 million, accounting for more than half.
Under the joint efforts of the two people, the "Legend of the White-Haired Witch" produced by Oriental Film was still able to get a box office of 19.87 million Hong Kong dollars, although it did not reach the box office of the two, but still ranked 16th in the annual box office list.
It also shows that the market at that time actually recognized this kind of martial arts innovation. #Toutiao Film & TV Archives # #头条观影指南 #
