Recently, a number of cities have carried out special inspections of escape room places, shutting down and sealing a number of escape room places with potential safety hazards. For example, the fire rescue detachments of various districts in Beijing, together with the district cultural tourism, housing construction, public security and other departments, and jointly carried out inspections in various streets and towns, and rectified 9 places operating escape rooms in 3 districts. For another example, because they did not meet the operating conditions, all 14 escape rooms in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, were stopped for rectification, and so on.
Urban management should be as fine as embroidery. To eliminate potential safety hazards, in addition to strictly managing escape rooms from the perspective of fire protection, special publicity on fire safety should also be carried out in colleges and universities, middle schools and other places where consumer groups are concentrated. With the emergence of new formats and new consumption, relevant management departments such as market supervision should also analyze the changes in a timely manner, study the methods of response, and increase the management coverage.
