We went with the landlord to the room with Kang, which occupies more than half of the room area, the TV is hung on the wall at the end of the Kang, and the other facilities are similar to ordinary hotels.
The so-called "kang" is not the traditional sense of the earth kang as we understand it, and the place where the kang and the bed are different is a large bunk, which can sleep four people. Finally, I asked for a special soup, the soup name is: Jinzhong special oil tea.
Because two people are losing weight and don't eat much at night, "four dishes and one soup" is enough.
The dish called "Egg Scrambled And Chopped", because of the name of the dish, made us very curious, and the picture showed a large plate full of green vegetables and yellow eggs, and it was very tempting to be dotted with red peppers.
The first thing that came up was the oil tea, which was salty, and while it was hot, each person put a small bowl with black sesame seeds, which was a little lightly fragrant. People of our age group are drinking millet porridge and polenta, two days have not drunk soup, did not wait for other dishes on the table, that a large bowl of oil tea will reach the bottom, in fact, this oil tea and our local oil tea is no different.
Then the four dishes came to the table one after the other, including a plate of mung bean sprout stew strips like the mung bean sprouts we ate at home, regardless of taste and color. We asked the waiter the name of the dish, and the waiter replied, "I don't know." Ask the lady boss and answer, "Pull out the rotten one."
