The barbecue season was founded in the 28th year of Qing Daoguang (1848), has a history of 173 years, located in the northeast corner of yinding bridge, is a well-known long-established brand in Beijing, mainly engaged in Beijing barbecue and halal stir-fry, has the reputation of "Southern Wanbei Season". The "Nanwan" here was the roast meat outside xuanwumen in the south of Beijing at that time, famous for roast beef; while the "northern season" refers to the roast meat season, most famous for roast lamb.
At that time, Ji Decai, a Muslim in Tongzhou, Beijing, was in the "Lotus Market" on the Shicha Seashore, under the guise of "barbecue season", and set up a hot bun and set up a stall in the open air to sell roast lamb, calling it "rain to disperse". Diners hold six wooden long chopsticks in their left hand, wine glasses in their right hands, and long stools at their feet. Later, the Ji family operated roast lamb here for many years, and after having savings, they bought this small building and officially opened the "Barbecue Season" barbecue restaurant.
The decoration style of the barbecue season is antique, carved beams and paintings, red pillars and green tiles with white jade railings, and on the pillar is a couplet inscribed by the famous calligrapher Mr. Xiao Lao: "The painting building is drunk to see the sparkling water, and the hot incense is light smoke." Outside the door sat two stone lions of white jade, and not far from the lake stood a billboard, which was inscribed by Mr. Fei Xiaotong, former vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress: "The Silver Ingot Bridge looks at the mountain, and the barbecue season is a must." Qingyun Building
Qingyun Building was founded in 1820 in Qingdaoguang and is located on the east side of the Yakiniku Restaurant. According to records, this was once the first restaurant in Beijing to deal with Lu cuisine, known as the first of the eight buildings in the capital, when the famous capital became a meeting place for dignitaries and dignitaries, literati and scholars, not only Prince Rui, Prince Gong, Prince Qing, Dingguo Gong, An GuoGong, Wuding Marquis and other famous families have feasted here, national hero Lin Zexu and Chen Jichang, the last leader of China, have left ink marks here. Later, the owner of Qingyun Building chose another business, and the backbone of the restaurant, such as the hall, cabinet, and kitchen, was scattered in various restaurants in the capital, and gradually formed the later Eight Buildings in Beijing.
The world has been vicissitudes, the old Qingyun Building has changed hands many times, and was inhabited by the Zhu family in the early 1950s. Mr. Zhu Lao's third son is determined to restore the old name of Qingyun Lou, in 2002 he cooperated with people to use part of the old mansion to renovate and operate Vietnamese cuisine and became a hit, in 2009, he vacated all the old mansions, the original site was rebuilt to restore the old appearance of Qingyun Lou, and tried every means to invite the descendants of the palace cuisine family, according to historical records to restore the old taste of Qingyun Lou's old dishes.
Today's Qingyun Building, following the principle of repairing the old as old in the restoration of ancient buildings, most of them adopt pure solid wood mortise and mortise structure, and still retain an old tile house from 190 years ago, and the store hall is decorated with authentic works by painters of past generations, showing the historical charm of Qingyun Building for two hundred years.
Huixian Hall

The former site of Huixian Hall is located at No. 18, Qianhai North Coast of Shichahai, which is a key protected cultural relic in Xicheng District. Huixian Hall and the famous Juxian Hall, Fushou Hall, Tianfu Hall, Huifeng Hall, Fuqing Hall, Tonghe Hall, and Qinghe Hall in Beijing are called "Eight Halls". Huixian Hall was later known as the "Leng Zhuangzi" in the capital (usually not open, only all kinds of banquet reservations are accepted). This mansion was originally the private residence of Bin Ru, a squire of the Libu during the Qing Guangxu Dynasty.

Around the sixteenth year of Qing Guangxu (1890), the people of Jinan, Shandong Province, opened the Huixiantang Restaurant here. Huixian Hall sits north and faces south, covering an area of about 3,000 square meters. The front adjacent to the sea is 12 bays with large glass windows and 2 floors, carved beams and paintings, and the doors are opened in between. There is a bronze plaque of "Huixiantang Restaurant" hanging on the horse head wall at the entrance, and there are more than 100 original stages, tile houses and bungalows, and there are railings on the second floor to overlook the Shichahai Sea.

It was once a meeting place for literati and inkers, and also a place for singing halls, but it was later closed and purchased by Fu Jen University in 1948 as an alumni building. Later, it became the family dormitory of the China Conservatory of Music, with 65 ancient buildings.

Legend has it that at the end of the Qing Dynasty, Jiang Chaozong, the commander of the Infantry Army of the Beijing Division, invited Li Lianying to dinner at the Huixian Hall, and after the meal, he was killed by bandits while passing along the Houhai River, which became the last place for Li Lianying to eat in her life. In the early years of the Republic of China, Puyi sent Shao Ying, minister of internal affairs, and others to a special banquet here to entertain Xu Shichang, Xiong Xiling, Jin Yunpeng and others. Before and after the outbreak of the "May Fourth" Movement, many progressive professors discussed the new cultural movement here, and in 1912 Lu Xun came to Huixian Hall three times. Peking opera masters Wang Yaoqing, Yang Xiaolou, Mei Lanfang, Yu Shuyan and so on all performed here. Huixian Hall closed on the eve of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan.
The new site of Huixian Hall is located on the east side of the old site, the decoration is antique, and now there are some Peking Opera opera and other performances at night, and it seems that it is mainly to undertake some tourist group guests.
Cohabitation
Tongheju is a long-established restaurant in Beijing, which has a history of 200 years and is the first of the eight major restaurants in the old Beijing. The eight residences are: Fuxingju, Wanxingju, Tongxingju, and Dongxingju outside the front door (these four are also known as "four Daxing"), Wanfuju in Dashilar, Guangheju in the northern half of Caishikou, Tongheju in Xisi, and Casserole. At present, the only remaining ones are casserole house and tonghe residence.
Tongheju is named after the meaning of "tonghuai and joyful", which means that everyone gathers together to share this harmonious atmosphere. This Tongheju is located in the lotus market, facing the water and looking at the mountains, which can be described as quiet in the middle of the bustle. Sitting in the restaurant, looking out at the bustling street view crowds, and watching the scenery of the Houhai Sea from the railing, it is really leisurely and romantic.

There are many famous dishes in Tongheju, among which the famous dishes such as roasted sea cucumber with green onion, bad slip series, guifei chicken, three non-sticks, braised mullet egg soup, and grilled steamed buns are popular among the population. In 1996, the three non-stick and grilled steamed buns were rated as the most popular flavor dishes by the Chinese Cuisine Association; the cod and mullet egg soup was rated as the top four famous dishes in Tonghe by the Beijing Cuisine Association. Quanjude
Quanjude was founded in 1864 (three years of Qing Tongzhi), has a history of 157 years, the founder is Hebei Jixian Yang Quanren, famous for making Beijing roast duck, its first hanging oven roast duck, color and aroma are not inferior to the original oven roast duck.
