Bonda information technology new material project with a total investment of 560 million yuan and a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, mainly building a phthalene phenol production workshop, pilot workshop, central control room, laboratory and supporting facilities; a new o-phenylphenol production line, a new purchase of liquid ammonia vaporizer, deamination condenser, cyclohexanone oxime distillation tower and other equipment. The main product OPP (o-phenylphenol) is widely used in the field of integrated circuit flame retardant, there is currently no domestic production enterprises, mainly relying on German imports. The project adopts the internationally leading production process of cyclohexanone condensation and dehydrogenation OPP, so that the product quality reaches the international leading position, and the product purity reaches 99.9%. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can form an annual output of 2,000 tons of o-phenylphenol production capacity, achieve annual sales income of 620 million yuan, annual tax revenue of 50 million yuan, fill the domestic gap, break the monopoly of foreign enterprises, and create favorable conditions for the sustainable development of the upstream and downstream industrial chains.
New Wind and Solar National Electric Energy Conversion and Control Engineering Technology Industrialization Project with a total construction area of 52,000 square meters, mainly to build key components of high-voltage cascaded products, frequency converters and dynamic reactive power compensation (SVG) R & D upgrade and expansion, rail transit regenerative braking energy absorption inverter device research and development and industrialization, energy storage PCS product research and development and industrialization, R & D center construction of five sub-projects. Purchased 400 sets of advanced production and testing equipment from Japan, Germany, South Korea and other countries. After the completion of the project, the annual output value will exceed 2 billion yuan, and the annual profit and tax will be 350 million yuan, which will drive the formation of an energy-saving and new energy equipment industry cluster supporting energy-saving, power automation, power electronics and other industries.
Shanghai Jiaotong University Zhibang Huashou "Black Light Factory" intelligent manufacturing project with a total investment of 760 million yuan, a total construction area of 92,500 square meters, leading product projects in 4 categories. Jointly with Shanghai Jiaotong University Zhibang Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the four units were transformed into 5G intelligent technology, designed according to the automatic work of 8 hours during the day and 16 hours at night, and built the first 5G smart factory in Jining City and the second in Shandong Province, also known as the "Black Light Factory". After the project reaches production, it can produce 100,000 torque converters, 30,000 gearboxes, 20,000 drive axles and other construction machinery accessories and 1,000 excavators, 1,000 multi-functional combined harvesters, 10,000 intelligent logistics vehicles and other vehicles per year, and can achieve annual sales income of 1.5 billion yuan and pay taxes of more than 100 million yuan.
