According to reports from citizens, on October 23, law enforcement personnel of the Jiuzhou Market Supervision and Administration Institute of the Qiongshan Branch of the Haikou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau went to investigate first, and two obsolete warehouses at the scene attracted the attention of law enforcement personnel.
It is understood that these 2 warehouses belong to Hainan Cuidu Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., although the façade of the warehouse is dilapidated, but the interior has been renovated, and the ground has also been renovated. In one of the warehouses, there are as many as 42 wine jars that are one person high, and the storeroom is full of strong alcohol.
According to Mr. Dong, the person in charge of the scene of Hainan Cuidu Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., the wine jar is stored in bulk liquor of more than 60 degrees, "purchased from a distillery in Sichuan, transported by tank truck, a total of 30 tons." ”
Law enforcement officers also found a large number of empty wine bottles, bottle caps and "bottle presses" at the scene. Mr. Dong introduced that the purchase of bulk liquor is Hainan Cuidu Yuliu Liquor Co., Ltd., and the responsible for providing the warehouse to store liquor is Hainan Cuidu Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries under the group company. "Hainan Cuidu Yuliu Liquor Co., Ltd. may develop into liquor in the future, so it has purchased a large number of liquors, empty wine bottles, etc., all of which are used for experiments." At present, the licenses have not yet been processed, and it is impossible to sell them to the outside world. Mr. Dong said that the 30 tons of liquor on the spot will be used for the "fixing" process in the production process of aloe vera, and the remaining liquor will be used to produce "aloe vera wine".
Yesterday, law enforcement personnel from the Haikou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau and the Qiongshan Branch of the Haikou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau also went to the scene to investigate.
"The procedures for purchasing and selling (bulk liquor) should be provided, and it is best to provide instructions on the process of 'aloe vera wine'." Law enforcement officers sampled the bulk liquor stored at the scene. "The next step will be to test the sample liquor to see if the liquor is qualified."
