Recently, the site selection and pre-examination of the planning site and land use of the first phase of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 7 and Line 8 have been approved by the Provincial Department of Natural Resources!
After the third phase of the construction plan of Ningbo Rail Transit was approved at the end of December last year, the Municipal Rail Group comprehensively accelerated the preliminary guarantee work such as feasibility, preliminary design, land application for approval, land acquisition and demolition, and contract bidding. On July 15, 2021, the first phase of line 7 and line 8 pilot stations Of Line 7 Fumin Park Station and Line 8 Phase I Hongda Road Station started simultaneously, and the "running" out of the new line was approved to start construction at the double-line pilot station in only 7 months of track speed.

The approval of this pre-examination not only provides a basis for the feasibility study, preliminary design and land use approval for the next step of the project, but also lays a solid foundation for the comprehensive start of the Line 7 project and the first phase of Line 8.
In order to accelerate the promotion of the site selection and pre-examination and approval of the first phase of Line 7 and Line 8, the Municipal Rail Group has set up a special working group for land application and approval with the main leaders in charge of the group as the team leader and the relevant departments such as the group, the land branch, and the design institute as members, to comprehensively sort out the difficulties of the work for the two projects, do a good job of research and judgment, and plan and solve the plan in advance.
During the preparation of the planning site selection and land use pre-examination report, the group company formulated a weekly regular meeting to sort out the difficulties of the card point, and every two weeks with the municipal assets and regulation bureau thematic coordination meeting of the working mechanism, and went to the provincial department of natural resources once a month to dock, and at the same time established a normal communication and coordination mechanism with the territorial governments. Through the full cooperation of various capital and regulation departments and relevant territorial governments, we will discuss and propose plans on existing problems, and invite provincial and municipal experts to guide the demonstration text in advance, optimize and improve it, and ensure that the text successfully passes the expert demonstration meeting. Especially in the project review stage, the provincial department of natural resources has been coordinated many times, and the review problems have been effectively solved one by one in the first time.
