This place is the Ningbo Moon Lake Scenic Area. Moon Lake Scenic Area, also known as Moon Lake Park, has beautiful scenery all year round and is more feminine in summer.
Yuehu Park is bordered by Ningbo Railway Station to the south and Drum Tower to the north, both of which have subway stations. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Zhang Shiche, the shangshu of the Bingbu, purchased The Huxin Temple as a academy, but it later declined, and now only a few houses remain, and the gate is closed. However, recently, Huxin Temple has begun to be renovated and upgraded, and it is presumably rebuilt after a while, which may surprise everyone.
There is a stone arch bridge next to The Lake Temple, called the Moon Lake Bridge. The bridge deck and the stone steps leading to the bridge are somewhat mottled, obviously due to too much wind and frost and polishing. There are several ancient trees next to the Moon Lake Bridge, and the lush foliage supports half of the sky on the bridge deck, making this a unique scenery and the most popular punching point.
Walking in through the wooden door at the head of the Moon Lake bridge, there is another lake, and the lake is surrounded by half plum trees and half pavilions. This is the plum garden and the most famous plum viewing resort in Ningbo. Even in the summer when there are no plum blossoms, the scenery here is beautiful, especially the several pavilions by the water, which become the best place for tourists to rest and entertain, and music lovers often come here to play.
The academician forest next to the Moon Garden is planted with ginkgo biloba, and when the ginkgo biloba turns yellow in winter, this is the most touristy place in Ningbo, and countless people come here to punch the clock. Recently, academicians are also being rebuilt and cannot be visited for the time being. There is also a pavilion in the northeast corner of the Academician Forest, and an underground passage was built next to it. The underground passage is run by elevator, the elevator has been installed, but it does not seem to be running, tourists travel between the north and south lakes, or cross the Zhongshan Road.
The south side of jiang house in the north area of Yuehu was originally a lotus pond, and in the past few years, the lotus leaves were very luxuriant, and the lotus flowers were dotted in threes and twos.
