The project is built according to the technical standards of the first-class highway, using two-way four lanes, the design speed is 80 km / h, the total length of the route is 59.742 km, and there is 1 toll station, 1 service area and 1 maintenance area on the whole line, with a total investment of 1.801 billion yuan.
The project is an important part of G312, undertaking the auxiliary road and distribution functions of the Lianhuo Expressway, as an important vertical passage in the golden section of the Silk Road Economic Belt gansu, the completion of the project has realized the spatial layout of "one heart, two belts and four districts" in Zhangye City, further improved the traffic road network structure of Zhangye City, and will greatly play the important role of the core economic zone of "Ganlin Integration", and comprehensively promote the tourism and social and economic development of local tourism and surrounding areas along the route.
