Xie Guowen, male, born in April 1978, Han ethnicity, Dinghu, Guangdong, undergraduate culture (on the job), began working in August 1996, joined the Communist Party of China in December 2000.

From August 1996 to December 2002, he worked in the government of Yong'an Town, Dinghu District, successively serving as a section member, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, and deputy director of the Party and Government Office;

From December 2002 to January 2005, he worked in the office of The Dinghu District Party Committee, successively serving as deputy director and chief of the News and Information Unit;

From January 2005 to January 2007, he served as the deputy director of the Agricultural Office of the Dinghu District Committee;

From January 2007 to July 2010, he served as the secretary of the Dinghu District Committee of the Communist Youth League;
