Case 1
At 12:00 noon on October 12, 2021, the driver Ye Mou ate at home, drank half a glass of liquor, and 2 hours later, drove an ordinary motorcycle with a number plate of EJ0*** from the direction of Luotuo Town from Sanliqiao Farmers' Street in Luotian County to Luotuo Pass, and was stopped by the traffic police in the traffic light section of Farmers Street, after testing, the alcohol content was 47mg/100ml, suspected of driving a motor vehicle illegally after drinking, and was immediately brought back by the traffic police brigade for processing.
Case 2
At about 15:10 on August 26, 2021, the Fengshan Squadron of the Traffic Police Brigade received a warning: a traffic accident occurred in the public rental housing section of Yusansheng Avenue in Fengshan Town, Luotian County, where a Zhejiang JZ1*** passenger car collided with a pedestrian. The police immediately rushed to the scene of the accident to carry out an investigation, found that the driver of the passenger car, Ye X, was suspected of drunk driving, and then tested him with a breath-type drunk driving detector, and the results showed that Ye X's alcohol content was greater than 100mg/100ml, suspected of dangerous driving, according to relevant laws and regulations, the police will carry out further investigation and processing of him.

According to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law, drunk driving and drunk driving traffic violations are subject to heavy legal costs:
● Drinking and driving = temporarily deducting a motor vehicle driver's license for 6 months + a fine of 1000-2000 yuan + a 12 points.
● Drinking and driving again = detention for less than 10 days + fine of 1,000-2,000 yuan + revocation of driver's license.
