On the evening of October 25, after the city's epidemic prevention and control meeting, our county immediately held a county-wide epidemic prevention and control meeting. Cui Yaopeng, secretary of the county party committee, presided over the meeting and made a speech, and Gao Kaiying, the county governor, gave specific opinions on key tasks such as epidemic prevention and control. County leaders Jia Lixia, Zhang Chaohua, Pei Guiting, Cheng Huixin, Wen Dongsheng, Fan Yanping, Bai Feng, and Shi Huimin stressed the arrangements for the work in charge, and Liu Ruheng, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and director of the office, read out the "Circular on Coordinating Household Visits to Consolidate the "Three Basics."

All levels and departments should earnestly strengthen the awareness of overall planning, and under the premise of ensuring the stability of the epidemic prevention and control situation, comprehensively promote high-quality economic development and firmly adhere to the bottom line of social stability.
First, we must unswervingly grasp the prevention and control of the epidemic and strictly abide by the bottom line of epidemic prevention and control;
Second, we must unswervingly promote high-quality economic development, make every effort to grasp the key work of attracting investment and selecting funds, entering enterprises to help alleviate difficulties and solve difficulties, and promote the stability and improvement of major economic indicators;
Third, we must not relax the guarantee to improve people's livelihood, do a solid job in people's livelihood projects, consolidate the post-poverty assessment of poverty alleviation results, improve toilets in rural areas, and clean heating in winter;
Fourth, we must unswervingly adhere to the three bottom lines of environmental protection, safe production, and petition stability, and create a good environment for the high-quality development of the county;
Fifth, we must unswervingly carry out the work of visiting households, and promote the activities of party history education, "I do practical things for the masses," "three basics" construction year, and "visiting ten thousand homes to help ten thousand enterprises solve all difficulties."
