According to NBA reporter Gery Woelfel, Bobby Portis is looking for a contract with an annual salary of more than $15 million.

"He wants a lot of money, there's news that he wants a contract over $15 million, it's crazy, he doesn't expect to get such a big contract, but certainly more than he took at the Bucks this year."

Previously, Portis refused to execute the $3.8 million player option next season to become a full free agent.

In the 2020-21 playoffs, Portis averaged 8.8 points and five rebounds per game.
