On Saturday (July 31), Maxwell Berry, a 22-year-old man, Maxwell Berry, attacked a male flight attendant on a Frontier Airlines plane flying from Philadelphia to Miami, and did not touch two female flight attendants, ABC7NY reported.
According to police, Berry had already had two drinks and then ordered another.
Berry also rubbed the back of an attendant with an empty cup, accidentally spilled on his shirt while drinking the drink he had just ordered, so he went to the bathroom and came out to get his upper body.
Another flight attendant helped him get another shirt from the bag he was carrying with him.
About 15 minutes later, Berry suddenly reached out and touched the chest of a female flight attendant. Immediately after, a male flight attendant was ordered to come and monitor him, but Berry punched the male flight attendant in the face, and the scene became chaotic.
With the help of other passengers, Berry was subdued.
Passenger Alfredo Rivera pulled out his phone and filmed the scene.
"He started to get aggressive and then attacked the male flight attendant," Vera said. ”
Berry was taped to his seat until the plane landed and officers came to arrest him.
Berry is currently charged with 3 counts of brawl and is being held at the Miami-Dade County Jail-TGK Correctional Center.
Frontier Airlines issued a statement saying: "On a plane flying from Philadelphia to Miami on July 31, a male passenger inappropriately touched one flight attendant and also attacked another flight attendant. So the male passenger was tied to his seat in uniform until the plane landed and police officers arrived to arrest him. Until the investigation is completed, the flight attendants involved will be suspended according to the relevant needs and circumstances.
