Official news, 35-year-old Colombian striker Falcao joined Vallecano as a free agent, which is his return to the La Liga stage after a gap of eight years.
Falcao debuted at River Plate and played professionally for clubs such as Porto, Atletico, Monaco, Manchester United, Chelsea and Galatasaray.
In this summer's transfer window, Falcao terminated his contract with Galatasaray to become a free agent, and now he has joined Vallecano and returned to La Liga since his transfer from Atletico in 2013.
Falcao made 91 appearances for Atletico, during which he delivered an excellent score of 70 goals and 9 assists.
Falcao played in 18 games for Galatasaray last season, scoring nine goals and two assists.
