In accordance with the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, and upon study by the Yixian Supervision Commission and reporting to the Huangshan Municipal Supervision Commission for approval, the Huangshan Municipal Public Security Bureau gave Zhang Jun the sanction of dismissal from public office; confiscated his illegal and criminal gains; and transferred his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution in accordance with law.
