Bamboo shrimp
Bamboo shrimp is named because it has a section-by-section pattern on the body, also known as flower shrimp, spotted shrimp, flower tail shrimp.
Although the appearance of the bamboo shrimp is very unique, it is still easy to be confused with the tiger shrimp and the shrimp with the same stripes, the difference is mainly to see the tail of the bamboo shrimp, and there is a touch of yellow and blue small wrapped edges on the tail, that is, the bamboo shrimp.
Slippery shrimp

The shell of the slippery shrimp is reddish and the shell is harder than that of ordinary sea shrimp. The scientific name is Hashi imitation shrimp, and the people of Zhoushan also call it "live skin shrimp". It is the main species of wild shrimp in Zhoushan, cooked out of the sea full of flavor, compared to the farmed shrimp, this is the heart of most Zhoushan people.
The slippery shrimp is plump and delicious. Simple boiled slippery shrimp have a good taste, first unscrew the shrimp head, suck carefully, a umami taste instantly burst the mouth. Red shrimp
The scientific name is Chinese pipe whip shrimp, because the shrimp body is pink, each abdominal node has a red transverse band at the back edge, and the end of the tail fan is partially red, and the people of Zhoushan call it "red shrimp".
Red shrimp have a wide range of diets, feeding on benthic organisms, but also feeding on a small number of strata swimming animals and plankton. Its large meat is thick, delicious and translucent, and on the table, a dish of braised red shrimp in oil can often make people's fingers move.
Ridge-tailed white shrimp
The body of the ridge-tailed white shrimp is crystal clear, and it can be kept in both seawater and freshwater tanks. Ridge-tailed white shrimp can be made into small snacks, buy home and fry a little, the taste is crispy and delicious.
