Nowhere to go in the summer? You certainly don't know Corsica

Corsica is the fourth largest island in the Mediterranean. It is located in the southeast of the mainland of the French Republic, across the Strait of Bonifacio and sardinia in Italy. The island is mainly mountainous, with more than 1/2 of the area above 396 meters above sea level, 20 peaks above 1980 meters above sea level, and the highest point, Chinto Peak, is 2710 meters above sea level. The mountain is a granite structure with crimson, rose and crimson colours.

Corsica, the island of beauty, is full of scenery and contrasting colors: there is a blue endless sea, there are dark green tall cypress trees, brown is the castle tower left by the Genoese, and red is the small bay.

The mountains are covered with snow from December to April. Forest cover covers 20 per cent of the island. The island is rich in water resources, with many bays, capes and small islands.
