At the opening ceremony, the awarding ceremony of the Grand Canal International Research Center of the China Grand Canal Think Tank Alliance was held. The Youth Roundtable Forum session was presided over by Zhao Fa, director of the Zhejiang Culture "Going Global" Collaborative Innovation Center of Zhejiang Foreign Chinese College.
