Wan Chengfeng (1752-1812), zi bu dong, yi zi he pu, Ningzhou Anxiang Tangqiao people. Wan Chengfeng was diligent and studious since childhood, with excellent grades, became a xiucai at the age of eighteen, and only entered the Qianlong forty-six years of the Examination at the age of thirty (1781) to give jinshi the first place in the third class, and has since embarked on a career path.

Wan Chengfeng, together with Liu Yong, who had served as chancellor, and Qin Chengye, who was the editor of the Hanlin Academy, served as the teacher of Min Ning, who later became emperor Xuanzong Daoguang, and studied for more than twenty years.

Wan Chengfeng went through the two dynasties of Emperor Gaozong and Emperor Renzong, and was trusted by the emperors of both dynasties. He served as a teacher for Emperor Gaozong's grandson from the middle of the 46th century of Qianlong to the time emperor Gaozong was about to step down, which cannot but be said that Emperor Gaozong attached great importance to him. He was prudent in his conduct, upright and dignified. In Qianlong's later years, the powerful He Yan wanted to pull him under the banner, but Wan Chengfeng was never moved. When he was supervising Guangdong, he tried his best to eliminate adultery and proper practice, and Emperor Renzong secretly instructed him to check the behavior of the ministers and officials, and everything he observed was played according to the facts.

As a generation of imperial masters, Wan Chengfeng was knowledgeable, and these knowledge mainly came from continuous reading, so he had a rich collection of books in his lifetime, with a collection of nearly 6,000 books, and his study was named "Guwa Mountain House".

Deng Nan's life is unknown.
