Beijing News (reporter Geng Ziye) On October 22, the Beijing News reporter learned from the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics that in the first three quarters of 2021, Beijing's leisure agriculture and rural tourism continued to improve, and the number of leisure agricultural parks exceeded 1,000, achieving the first stop since 2016.

Leisure agriculture is a new form of agricultural production and operation that uses agricultural landscape resources and agricultural production conditions to develop tourism, leisure, tourism and other industries in rural areas according to local conditions. In 2019, based on the basic market conditions and agricultural conditions of "small agriculture in big cities" and "small urban areas on the outskirts of Beijing", Beijing clearly took "Jinghua Rural Rhyme" as the guide and the "Ten Million" Swimming Action as the starting point, that is, focusing on building more than ten leisure agricultural boutique routes, creating more than 100 beautiful leisure villages, upgrading more than 1,000 leisure agricultural parks, transforming nearly 10,000 folk customs reception households, and focusing on the implementation of five key projects such as Beijing style, rural customs, rural rhyme flavor, Beijing style, and Beijing style.

On October 22, the last leisure agriculture "10 million" swimming action promotion meeting in 2021 was held in The Chestnut Cultural Square of Liuduhe Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District.

Liuduhe Village, known as the "first village of chestnuts on the outskirts of Beijing", there are more than 6,000 acres of chestnut trees in the village, with an annual output of 1 million pounds of chestnuts, and there are more than 100 old chestnut trees in the village, relying on the advantages of chestnut scale and historical and cultural advantages, the whole village actively holds chestnut flower festivals, chestnut festivals, chestnut banquets and other activities, attracting a large number of tourists to come for leisure and vacation.

Relying on the beautiful natural environment, the villagers also use the farm yard and idle houses to make a boutique homestay, attracting local and foreign talents to invest in the village to start a business, Liuduhe Village has 28 boutique homestays, receiving more than 50,000-60,000 people a year. After the development of the homestay, the villagers reached a consensus on the maintenance of the rural environment, and the village set up a village-level property company to be responsible for environmental sanitation, garbage classification, water and electricity maintenance in the village, and now, the environmental management of Liuduhe Village is becoming more and more standardized.

Relevant data show that with the continuous optimization and upgrading of rural tourism business entities in Beijing, the actual operating rural tourism units represented by rural folk households and country houses reached 291, an increase of 80.7% over 2019; the consumption structure became more reasonable, and the proportion of accommodation income and agricultural product sales revenue increased; and the per capita consumption level increased by 25% compared with the same period in 2019.

This year, Beijing also launched the implementation of the leisure agriculture expert counseling group system, and issued the "Beijing Leisure Agriculture Expert Counseling Group Management Measures", at present, 82 individual experts and 6 expert teams have been selected as leisure agriculture expert counseling groups, to carry out docking service work, and is committed to solving the problems of insufficient product innovation, insufficient cultural excavation, and insufficient income increase in the operation of business entities, especially farmers.

Up to now, Beijing has developed a number of similar villages, such as Jinzhuo Village in Xiwengzhuang Town, Miyun District, Hongkou Village in Qingshui Town, Mentougou District, and Liuzhuanghu Village in Longwantun Town, Shunyi District, using leisure agriculture to promote rural revitalization.
