Peking University Resources (00618) announced that on October 19, 2021, the board of directors decided to convene a special general meeting of shareholders to remove Sun Min, Ma Jianbin and Liao Hang from their executive directors, effective from the date of approval of the ordinary resolution proposed for removal.
The Board believes that the proposed removal will simplify the Board's management structure and expedite its decision-making process. The Board is of the view that the proposed recall will not have any material adverse effect on the operations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
