Ningde News (Mindong Daily reporter Guo Xiaohong) On October 22, the 112th meeting of directors of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People's Congress of Ningde City was held. Xu Qingyun, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress and first-level inspector, presided over the meeting; Wang Shixiong, secretary of the party leading group of the Standing Committee; Lei Weishan, Liu Xinhua, Chen Mei, and Zhang Yunbin, deputy directors of the Standing Committee; and Liu Zhenhui, secretary general, attended the meeting.
The meeting studied the relevant matters of the forty-seventh session of the Standing Committee of the Fourth Municipal People's Congress. The study decided that the 47th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fourth Municipal People's Congress was held in the near future, with a duration of 1 day, and the main agenda of the proposed meeting was: to convey the spirit of studying and implementing the relevant central and provincial meetings; to review and approve the "Ningde Electric Bicycle Management Regulations (Draft)"; to review and approve the 2021 Municipal Budget Adjustment Plan (Draft); to hear and review the comprehensive report of the Municipal Government on the management of state-owned assets in 2020, and the report of the Municipal Government on the implementation of the resolution on the publicity and education of the rule of law in the Seventh Five-Year Period. The municipal government reported on the work of preschool education and carried out satisfaction evaluation; deliberated the resolution of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee on carrying out the eighth five-year rule of law publicity and education (draft); heard and deliberated the report of the Law Enforcement Inspection Group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress on inspecting the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the report on inspecting the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products, and the report on inspecting the implementation of the Regulations on the Planning and Construction of Kindergartens in Ningde City Deliberate the report on the handling of Motion No. 001, 002, 003 and 004 of the Sixth Session of the Fourth Municipal People's Congress; deliberate on relevant personnel matters.
The meeting also listened to reports from various committees and offices of the Standing Committee on the supervision of key proposals and agreed on relevant matters.
