On July 7, 1956, Tetsuichi Kamihira, the head of the Japanese gendarmerie in Burleigh County, confessed to Guan Pengxiang's testimony in court, saying: "What the witnesses just said is what I led the gendarmerie team to do. I'm really like a ghost, I don't know how to apologize, please ask the court to give me a serious punishment. ”
