In fact, the probability of young people succeeding in entrepreneurship is very low, and one of the most important reasons is that "young people do not start a business". After finding out this vein, Ferry set up an innovation and entrepreneurship education school, hired more than 100 full-time and part-time entrepreneurial mentors at or above the provincial level inside and outside the province, and carried out targeted entrepreneurial talent training, accumulatively training more than 8,000 trainees. It has established cooperative relations with more than 30 colleges and universities inside and outside the province, carried out college student entrepreneurship lecture halls throughout the year, and participated in more than 30,000 college students. Wang Ying, a post-80s entrepreneur, has mastered the production process of Chinese herbal tablets and has always wanted to start a business, but problems such as capital and management have been difficult for her. Wang Ying said that with the attitude of trying it out, she came to the ferry innovation workshop with a plan, "I didn't expect that all the problems were solved." Wang Ying's project was "matched" by investors in the project roadshows held regularly by the ferry, and obtained 30 million yuan of financing, and Wang Ying gradually grew from a "rookie" to an experienced manager. In the past five years, the ferry has held more than 100 project roadshows, thousands of projects have participated in the roadshows, and many entrepreneurs have realized their dreams in life on the road paved by the ferry.
