According to the Notice, Hainan Qilin Cai Provincial Nature Reserve is located in Wenchang City and Qionghai City, with a total area of 90 square kilometers and a total of 3 areas, namely 25 square kilometers in Baohujiao area, 40 square kilometers from Chuntao Village to Fengjia Village, and 25 square kilometers from Sangengzhi to Caotang Village. Its Chinese area of Changchang is 65 square kilometers, and the area of Qionghai is 25 square kilometers. The protected area is divided into core area, buffer zone and experimental area. The core area is 36.81 square kilometers, the buffer zone area is 19.29 square kilometers, and the experimental area is 33.9 square kilometers.
