Subsequently, he first started with the importance of the centralized training of development targets, stressed the seriousness of the work of developing party members and the crucial nature of study, and proposed that we should attach great importance to it ideologically, and ensure that we should be attentive, forceful, truthful, and well-educated; he also said that this year marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, and in the course of studying, the trainees must pay attention to history, study party history well, and deeply understand the greatness of the party from the history of the party's century-old struggle. In this regard, Gao Wenli put forward three requirements: First, the training is limited, the study is endless, we must consciously study, take the initiative to study, and hope that this training can lay a foundation for continuous study for the future; second, it is necessary to purify the idea of joining the party and correct the motive for joining the party; especially emphasize that joining the party is a lifelong thing, and only by being sober in mind can we be politically sober, and we must establish a sense of rules and regulations and improve the cultivation of party spirit; third, we must not be vague in training and study, we must abide by training discipline, strictly abide by the training and assessment pass, and he encouraged all trainees to take this training class as the starting point. Continue to study well the party's theoretical knowledge and party history.
During the three-day training, Wu Dian and Hong Yinxiu, organizers of the Party Committee of the Affiliated College (Clinical Medical College), Jiang Mei, full-time deputy secretary of the General Branch of the Student Party, and Yang Zhihong, head of the Student Section, respectively gave special lectures entitled "Learning Party History, Strengthening Faith, and Following the Party", "Adhering to the Original Intention of Medicine, Courageously Undertaking the Mission of Serving Patients Wholeheartedly", "Strictly Abiding by Party Rules and Discipline, Being Qualified Party Members", and "Analysis of Party Member Development Processes and Party Member Standards". After the training, the participants further deepened and consolidated the training effect in the form of learning summaries and exchange speeches.
