However, it is not so easy to make a jadeite ornament, from the beginning of the selection of materials, design themes, preliminary carving, redesign, careful carving, fine carving, each step is thrilling, there is no room for error. On the basis of natural jadeite jade, after rigorous and careful conception and design, systematic and hierarchical knife-by-knife carving, in terms of carving techniques, more use of "pretty color" techniques to create, which not only shows the color beauty of jadeite, but also increases the appreciation value of ornaments.

Purple is the color of Chinese Taoism and ancient emperor worship, so purple has become a symbol of mystery, wealth and magnificence. Among jadeite, there is a jadeite called violet, which is a special variety that is used to call it "spring" in the industry, because the color is relatively light, resembling the purple color of violet flowers, hence the name. The ornaments of the violet are purple and smokey, and the noble atmosphere is striking, as if they think that the noble concubine has come.

Most violet jadeite is carved into jewelry and worn on people, especially by women. When the jade carver Zheng Guofeng encountered a lilac jadeite, he suddenly wanted to break through the challenge and use this feature to carve an ornament. Compared with pendants, ornaments are more laborious and time-consuming, it requires mastery skills and time to go through countless accumulations to achieve, the challenge is very large.

Zheng Guofeng pursues excellence in creation, believing that as long as he works hard and does it slowly, there is no best work, only better, and he tries his best to present the best side of the work.
