In 2014, Cui Zhehao retired from the army and returned to his hometown and began the road of independent entrepreneurship. He first co-founded an old man's apartment with others, and later transported sand and gravel for the construction site himself. The business is not big, but it is prosperous by relying on his honest management. At the same time, he joined forces with several like-minded good friends to start a charity activity together: regular donations to support the elderly, widows, poor families, and out-of-school children in Luanzhou city and surrounding areas. For several years, rain or shine, without interruption. According to incomplete statistics, he and his team have sponsored more than 50 poor families. The amount of funding is more than 300,000 yuan. It has been highly praised by the broad masses. In 2019, it was awarded the honorary title of excellent volunteer service team by Luanzhou Volunteer Service Center.
At the beginning of 2020, when the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan came, Cui Zhehao first thought of how to contribute to the prevention and control of the epidemic and make some contributions.
On the morning of February 10, Cui Zhehao led the team to donate 75 bottles of hand sanitizer, 75 towels, 50 disinfectant soaps, 65 boxes of strawberries, 15 boxes of sugar oranges, and 15 boxes of instant noodles to the intersection of Leizhuang Road in Luanzhou City, Qiancao Expressway; on February 14, Cui Zhehao purchased 90 KN95 masks at his own expense and donated them to Luanzhou People's Hospital in the snow; on the evening of February 18, Cui Zhehao and his wife Zheng Haiyue together purchased more than 100 masks at home. Overnight, I walked through the entrances and exits of various communities in Luanzhou New Town and donated them to the community workers on duty.
