On the afternoon of October 19, after the successful completion of various agendas, the first meeting of the Sixth Shenzhen Bao'an District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was successfully closed. At the election meeting held before the closing meeting, Yao Gang was elected chairman of the sixth cppcc regional committee, Li Xianrong, Gao Zhan, Huang Zhen, Zhu Guiming, Xian Xinmin, and Yang Yan were elected vice chairmen, Zha Hongli was elected secretary general, and a total of 47 standing committee members of the sixth district CPPCC committee were elected.
Wang Shourui, secretary of the district party committee; Wang Lide, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district; Yu Baoming, secretary of the party leading group of the standing committee of the district people's congress; Deng Guihong, chairman of the fifth district CPPCC committee; and relevant leaders of the district party committee and district government; relevant leaders of the fifth district CPPCC committee; and principal responsible comrades of the district democratic parties, the federation of industry and commerce, and the information federation were invited to attend the closing meeting and take their seats at the rostrum.
Wang Shourui presented a certificate of election to Yao Gang, the newly elected chairman of the CPPCC Regional Committee. Yao Gang presented the newly elected vice chairman and secretary general of the CPPCC District Committee with a certificate of election.
The meeting adopted the resolution of the first session of the sixth session of the CPPCC Regional Committee.
Yao Gang said that this meeting is an important meeting held at an important moment for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, at a key juncture in the historical convergence of the "two hundred years" goal of struggle, and at an important period when the whole region is deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Seventh Party Congress. With the joint efforts of all parties, the conference was held solemnly, enthusiastically, pragmatically and efficiently, and was a conference that held high the banner, maintained the core, and gathered consensus, and a conference that kept its mission in mind, sought common development, and forged ahead together.
During the meeting, with full political enthusiasm and a good mental attitude, all the members listened to and deliberated the work report of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Regional Committee and the report on the work of motions, consulted and discussed the work report of the regional government and other reports, and frankly made suggestions and enthusiastically offered suggestions around the major issues of Bao'an's reform and development and the hot issues of people's livelihood.
Yao Gang expressed his gratitude and respect to some of the Standing Committee members and members who no longer serve as leaders of the CPPCC regional committee and do not remain in office. He said: The chairman's leading body and standing committee members of the new regional CPPCC committee will certainly live up to the care and love of the municipal party committee and the district party committee, live up to the trust and great trust of all cppcc committee members, inherit and carry forward the fine traditions of the previous district CPPCC committees, never forget their original intentions, keep firmly in mind their mission, closely rely on all cppcc committee members, give full play to their collective wisdom, conscientiously perform the functions of political consultation, democratic supervision, and participation in and discussion of state affairs, better gather consensus, and push the work of the Bao'an CPPCC to a new level.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Sixth CPPCC Regional Committee, Yao Gang put forward requirements for the new CPPCC To carry out work and perform its functions. Yao Gang said that all participating units of the REGIONAL CPPCC committee and the vast number of CPPCC members should closely unite around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, conscientiously implement the decision-making and deployment of the regional committee, and unite the wisdom and strength of reform and development with unity and democracy.
The principal responsible persons of each neighborhood and the responsible comrades in charge of the work of the CPPCC, the principal responsible persons of the ministries, commissions, and bureaus, people's organizations, news media, and enterprises directly under the district who have not served as members of the district CPPCC committee, and the principal responsible persons of some units stationed in the district attended the closing meeting as observers.
