Jang Yoo Hyuk was reported by the H.O.T. trademark holder and summoned by Seoul prosecutors for investigation

South Korean singer Jang Yoo Hyuk was summoned and investigated this morning by the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office for allegedly violating trademark laws.

In December last year, Zhang Youhe was reported to the prosecution by A, who had been a representative of SM Entertainment, who claimed that Zhang Youhe used the H.O.T. trademark he owned without his permission at the H.O.T. concert held in October 2018, and that while reporting Zhang Youhe to the prosecution, he also filed a claim against Zhang Youhe and the organizers of the H.O.T. concert. The prosecution will investigate Zhang Youhe this morning, and in the afternoon, A and Zhang Youhe will also be interrogated in a stand-off.

Although affected by trademark rights, H.O.T. will also hold three concerts at the Seoul Sky Arena from the 20th to the 22nd of this month.
