On the day of the exam, after the 7 test teachers, including Ling Moumou, sent the students to the test center, they began a busy "division of labor" in the teacher's rest area set up by the test center, and sent the answers to the class group. More than 40 students were involved.
With one of the cheating students caught, the teachers' group subsequently surrendered. The Huaining County People's Procuratorate filed a public prosecution with the teachers' group for the crime of cheating in organizing examinations and illegally providing answers.

Students cheat on exams, and the "receiver" outside is actually the teacher

The object of receiving the information is actually outside the examination room, and the group of teachers who send the test comes to the teacher's rest place set up at the test center and begins the really busy "work".
Just the night before, Ling Moumou, who was studying for students in the class for the evening, made explosive remarks, and he openly shouted to the students: "Tomorrow exam, if you can shoot out the exam paper and send it to me, I will make the answer to you." Soon, this "explosive" remark was echoed by some students.
Teachers divide their work to pass on the answers to the questions and send them to multiple class groups

Hu and Liu began to do math problems and sent the answers to the class group; Cheng instructed Liu to do English questions, and after the answers came out, Ling sent them to the class group. Then, Hu X, Liu X, Zhao X, and Zha X also sent the answers to the prepared test questions to the WeChat group where they were the class teachers, and privately sent them to some candidates...
The matter was soon revealed, and on the day of the exam, student Xiao Jiang was captured at home. After learning the news, Cheng and Ling took the initiative to surrender to the Huaining County Public Security Bureau; the next day to June 9, the remaining few people voluntarily surrendered and truthfully confessed their criminal facts.

The Huaining County People's Procuratorate accused Ling xx, Cheng xx, Hu xx, Liu xx, Jiang xx, and Liu xx of cheating in organizing examinations, and Zhao xx and Zha xx of illegally providing answers and filed a public prosecution with the Huaining County People's Court in Anhui Province.
The court recently held a public hearing involving more than 40 students in addition to 7 teachers.
The court held that: Ling xxx, Cheng xx, Hu xx, Liu xx, Jiang xx, and Liu xx organized cheating in the national examination prescribed by law, the circumstances were serious, and their behavior constituted the crime of organizing cheating on the examination; Zhao xx, Zha xx, provided candidates with answers to the test questions in the national examination prescribed by law, the circumstances were serious, and their behavior constituted the crime of illegally providing answers.
In the end, Mr. Ling and Mr. Cheng were sentenced to two years and eight months in prison, suspended for three years and two months, and fined 8,000 yuan for the crime of cheating in the organization of examinations; Mr. Hu and Mr. Liu were sentenced to two years and five months in prison, suspended for two years and eleven months, and fined 6,000 yuan; for the crime of illegally providing answers, Zhao was sentenced to two years and two months in prison, suspended for two years and eight months, and fined 3,000 yuan, and Zha was sentenced to two years and one month in prison, suspended for two years and seven months, and fined two thousand yuan.
Liu was convicted of cheating in organizing examinations and sentenced to one year in prison, suspended for one year and six months, and fined 2,000 yuan.
