(Yingwei Network, November 20, 2017) Recently, ICEVE2017 Beijing International Advanced Imaging Conference and Exhibition was held at the Beijing Film Academy, co-sponsored by the Beijing Film Academy and the China Film and Television Technology Society.
The Beijing International Advanced Video Conference awarded the 6th China Advanced Video Works Award. "The Old Man Who Picks Up Dreams" tells the story of the protagonist's old man who picks up garbage and his optimistic and positive puppy, picking up people's discarded dreams day after day in a huge garbage dump. The film has no lines and dialogue but is warm and heartwarming. In "The Old Man Who Picked Up Dreams", you can freely look around the hut where the old man lives, and you can also get close to the old man's workbench to repair his dreams and observe the story up close.
