Qiao Zongwang started from the construction of roads and wells, soaking on the construction site every day to supervise the quality and progress of the project, and his private car became an office and a mobile home. Hungry to eat some instant noodles, thirsty to drink some mineral water, rest will not exceed four hours a day, at twelve o'clock in the middle of the night to give cadres a meeting, sometimes run to the construction site before dawn to turn around.
There was no money in the village, and he personally advanced nearly 10 million yuan to build more than 20 kilometers of the "three rings, eight verticals, three radiation groups" highway, drilled 14 deep wells, built an automatic water supply plant and 2 sewage treatment plants, and completely solved the problem of travel and draft for the masses.

Under the leadership of Qiao Zongwang, Taishan Village has embarked on a path of "tourism +" characteristic industrial development, driving the all-round development of catering, entertainment and service industries.
