Information on untrustworthiness will be entered into personal Public Credit records, and will be publicized through the "Credit Hangzhou" website, mobile terminals, and other such methods.
The "Opinions" make it clear that during the epidemic prevention and control period, where untrustworthy conduct such as concealing the epidemic situation will be subject to joint disciplinary action against untrustworthiness, banks, enterprises, and so forth will be encouraged to carry out joint market disciplinary action, and restraint measures such as lowering preferential treatment, increasing margins, and canceling transactions will be employed for entities that conceal the epidemic situation during the epidemic prevention and control period. Support social organizations and the public in reporting and concealing the epidemic situation, and improve the channels and methods for the public to report.
In addition, the "Opinions" will also strictly handle the credit restoration of such untrustworthy information, and will not be allowed to be repaired within 1 year from the date of determination of untrustworthy conduct.
