The 2021 China Top 100 Dancers Growth Plan will be held in November

The "2021 China Top Dancer Growth Plan" launched in April this year, after four stages of training and selection, such as video audition, national training camp, national general selection, and top 100 works selection meeting, a total of 40 works entered the top 100 training. On October 15-17, the selected students, choreographers and instructors gathered in Chongqing and launched a three-day training camp.

In the coming month, the choreography and creation guidance team will pair up with the students' works and provide one-on-one guidance to help the students improve their works, and finally select the top dancers of the year and the top ten works of the year. The works participating in the Top 100 training will enter the annual exhibition of the 2021 China Top Dancers Growth Plan and will be performed at the Shanghai International Dance Center at the end of November.

Luo Bin, Secretary of the Party Group of the China Dancers Association and Vice Chairman of the Association, gave a lecture on the topic of "Top Meaning". Luo Bin said that the top attitude is the attitude of constantly pursuing the ultimate artistic perfection, and the top dancer is a group portrait concept, including top choreographers, top teachers, and top dance managers, which requires the joint efforts of many parties to continuously struggle.

Feng Shuangbai, chairman of the China Dancers Association, elaborated on the breakthroughs of the "Top Dancers" plan in cross-genre and cross-cultural integration, in the establishment of talent training models, and in the implementation of the talent evaluation mechanism of virtue and art, and encouraged young dancers to cherish valuable training opportunities, enhance ideological and political accomplishment, temper professional ability, and continue to move toward the top road.

This training session attaches more importance to ideological education, and specially invites Zhang Yinsong, a member of the old artist propaganda team, to give a lecture on the theme of "The Power of Chasing Dreams and Struggle", leading the students to dance together and play the role of "passing on help". On the afternoon of October 15th, all the students went to Zha Di Cave to receive on-site teaching.
