I studied forestry technology during my college years, and after learning about the "grass square grid" sand control technology, I was full of curiosity and admiration for the "green and yellow sand" in Ningxia. In 2016, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Youth League went to Fujian to recruit volunteers for the Western Program for college students, and I felt that the major I had studied had a place to play, so I decided to go to the west, go to Ningxia, and become a volunteer of the Western Program.

The place I serve is in Ningxia Yanchi Haba Lake National Nature Reserve. In our work, we have to deal with the indiscriminate cutting down of willow trees and the random construction of sheep sheds. At first, the villagers did not understand and did not support, often scolded us out, driven out, I feel particularly aggrieved, but thinking that the mass work needs to be done with heart, I and the volunteer friends of the Western Plan adjusted their thinking, patiently explained policies to the villagers, and helped everyone find a way. Through the development of vegetable greenhouse planting, sheep warm shed captivity, etc., we helped them reduce their dependence on the natural environment, and finally got the understanding and support of the villagers. Now when we meet again, the villagers are very enthusiastic about us.

In the 3 years of volunteer service of the Western Program, I met many young friends in Ningxia, and with their encouragement and help, I formed an indissoluble relationship with the hot land of Ningxia. After the expiration of my service, I returned to Fujian, but I always thought about Ningxia in my heart. In 2020, the Ningxia District Committee of the Youth League once again issued an invitation to me. As the only son in the family, my parents wanted to keep me around, but in order to realize my dream, I resolutely decided to come to Ningxia and take root in Ningxia.

Under the docking and guidance of the Ningxia District Committee of the Youth League, I came to Minning Town, and as a young entrepreneur from Laining, Fujian, I have a broader platform to play. When I first arrived here, I found that the quality of agricultural products in Minning Town was very good, but there was a lack of effective publicity and promotion. Therefore, the first thing I came to do was to hold the "I speak for Minning" live broadcast activity, inviting rural youth to get rich leaders, industrial development leaders, entrepreneurial youth, "net red" and so on to bring goods for Minning's special products live, and the sales on the first day reached 960,000 yuan. Now, minning town's red raspberries, milk melon, double spore mushrooms and other agricultural products are more and more familiar to people, becoming the bright business card of Minning town.

In order to build a platform for exchanges and cooperation for more entrepreneurial youth in Minning and expand the sales channels of special products in Fujian and Nanjing, I founded a company to sell more and better products to Fujian. As a representative, I also went to 9 colleges and universities in Fujian to carry out the Ningxia University Students Volunteer Service To the Western Region Project to publicize and exchange, and used my own struggle stories to call on more young people to come to Ningxia to realize their youthful dreams and let the youth bloom in the construction of the western region. Recently, the Ningxia District Committee of the Youth League issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Returning Youth to The Countryside to Participate in rural Revitalization", which has built a broad platform for young talents returning to the countryside and released policy dividends, which makes us more confident and more determined to make the industry bigger and stronger, and contribute to the revitalization of the countryside.
