In order to give full play to the intellectual advantages of the talents of the Youth Federation and lead the vast number of young people to contribute to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, in accordance with the work arrangements of the All-China Youth Federation, the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation on the "Youth Federation Organization Serving a Thousand Villages" plan, from September 23 to 24, the Yunnan Provincial "Industrial Revitalization" Youth Federation Practice Service 1 Group went to Wuding and Yuanmou in Chuxiong Prefecture to carry out twinning services.
Wuding: A live broadcast of a bumper harvest
In Wuding County, the Yunnan Provincial "Industrial Revitalization" Youth Federation Practice Service Group 1 held a discussion and exchange with the twinning villages and relevant leading comrades of Wuding County, to gain an in-depth understanding of the modern agricultural development model, agricultural product planting and processing, marketing, land circulation, talent introduction, policy support and current agricultural production situation and existing difficulties in Wuding County, and paired with the old Muba Village to set up a new farmers' training center to popularize modern agricultural knowledge.
On September 23, the fourth Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival, the service group held an online harvest festival live broadcast event. On the day of the live broadcast event, the number of online live viewers reached 230,000, and more than 6 million fans watched, with cumulative sales of 610,000 yuan. Live broadcast focuses on displaying and selling characteristic agricultural products in Wuding County, creating a new model of agricultural product sales, and enabling the achievements of Internet development to revitalize the countryside.
Yuanmou: An in-depth investigation
On September 24th, the service group came to Ganquan Village and Horizontal Stone Village, Yangjie Town, Yuanmou County, walked into leading enterprises such as Yuanmou Hongrong Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Yuanmou Haneda Planting Co., Ltd., conducted in-depth research on the development of rural industries, industrial drive, and mass income, learned about vegetable planting, tomato planting and cultivation, intelligent vegetable trading market, tobacco industry, etc., and learned about the effective connection between local consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and paired with Ganquan Village.
Combined with the field research, the service group put forward opinions and suggestions on the production and processing of local agricultural products and the development of sales channels, one is to suggest that the local government conscientiously do a good job in industrial recommendation and planning, strengthen post-management, and broaden product sales channels; second, demonstrate, guide, and drive a group of farmers to jointly develop the vegetable industry, attract more young workers to return to their hometowns through the industry to develop the industry, and ultimately realize the revitalization of the industry and talents. The third is the combination of agriculture and tourism, combined with the red historical stories in the village, to deeply explore the red culture and create a red tourism base with regional characteristics.
During the service in Wuding and Yuanmou, the service group also presented souvenirs to the old party members who have been in the party for more than 50 years in the paired villages. Guo Weiyang, a member of the service group, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation and an Olympic champion, presented the autobiographical picture book "Ace Substitute" to the local children, encouraging the children to be positive, energetic and promising, and strive to be qualified communist successors.
Up to now, the Yunnan Provincial "Industrial Revitalization" Youth Federation Practice Service 1 Group has paired with 4 villages and carried out service activities. This is another vivid practice of the Yunnan Provincial Youth Federation in carrying out party history study and education, and urges the members of the All-China Youth Federation to combine the study and education of party history with the solution of practical problems, and to earnestly transform the results of study into practical results in promoting the work.
