Notice of traffic control on some sections of the urban area
In accordance with the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the unified enrollment examination for ordinary colleges and universities in the country in 2021, with the consent of the municipal government, the Municipal Public Security Bureau decided to implement traffic control on some sections of the urban area during the college entrance examination on June 7, 8 and 9, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
(1) Except for special vehicles for college entrance examinations, all other vehicles in Wuyan North Street are not allowed to enter North Street; motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the gate of the middle east of the city.
(2) Vehicles that must pass through Laohugou Road enter in one direction from the two passages of Jiangsu Road and drive out from Laohugou Road through Renmin Road; except for special vehicles for the college entrance examination, other vehicles are not allowed to go directly to the Second Middle School; along Laohugou Road, they are not allowed to make U-turns and stops; and the connecting section between Dongshanyuan and Laohugou is prohibited from motor vehicles.
(3) It is strictly forbidden for motor vehicles to make U-turns and stop along Guangdong Road; except for special vehicles for college entrance examinations, other vehicles are prohibited from entering the section of Tiangou Lane.
(4) Parking is strictly prohibited in front of Yunyang Middle School on Beijing Road; from 8:00 to 18:00 on June 7 and 8, from 7:30 to 19:15 on June 9, large trucks are prohibited from passing on North Beijing Road; and from 14:50 to 15:30 on June 8, North Beijing Road is restricted from motor vehicles.
(5) During the college entrance examination, it is recommended that citizens travel by public transportation, and motor vehicle drivers should strictly abide by the regulations on the strict prohibition of honking of motor vehicles in urban areas.

The access methods for each test centre are as follows

Shiyan No. 1 Middle School Examination Center
Vehicles originally allowed to enter Wuyan Pedestrian Street are not allowed to enter the pedestrian street between 1 hour before the test and 1 hour after the test;
Renmin Road North Street exit allows vehicles transporting students to stop and go. Non-test vehicles are not allowed to enter North Street.

Shiyan No. 2 Middle School Examination Center
Within 1 hour before and after the test, Laohugou Road only allows vehicles to enter from the former Commercial Bureau Passage of Jiangsu Road and the Laohugou Small Commodities Wholesale Market, and exit from the intersection of Laohugou Road on Renmin Road;
Except for the examination car, other vehicles are not allowed to go directly to the no. 2 Middle School of the city;
No U-turns or stops are allowed along Laohugou Road;
The connecting section between Dongshanyuan and Laohugou is prohibited from motor vehicles; the smooth flow of Jiangsu Road is guaranteed.

Shiyan Yunyang Middle School examination center
Parking is strictly prohibited in front of Yunyang Middle School;
On June 7 and 8, 8:00 to 18:00, on June 9, 7:30 to 19:15, large trucks are prohibited from passing in front of Yunyang Middle School;
From 14:50 to 15:30 in the afternoon of the 8th, during the English listening test period, the road section in front of Yunyang Middle School will be restricted to motor vehicles.

Shiyan Dongfeng Senior High School examination center
During the examination period, except for the special vehicle for the examination, other vehicles are not allowed to enter Tiangou Road, and motor vehicles are prohibited from parking on Tiangou Road;
After the vehicle escorting the candidate arrives at the tiangou intersection, the traffic police on duty are responsible for directing the vehicle to get on and off the personnel to quickly drive away.

Shiyan Checheng Senior High School examination center
The section of the school entrance is not allowed to stop and lean randomly, turn around illegally, and allow vehicles transporting students to stop and go;
The college entrance examination work car is parked in the designated venue on campus.
